With over 25 years in hospitality and event management, Javier A. Fernandez’ career has been built on service, trust, creativity, and hands‑on partnership from concept through completion.

 

He learned the industry from the ground up, operations, onsite executions, staffing and eventually started producing and managing his own and clients events, giving him a deep understanding of both creative vision and event execution. He worked across nearly every event role and led events from 500 to 30,000 attendees, building long‑standing relationships with event professionals, designers, and vendor partners who share his commitment to quality services. His focus has always been doing events the right way, which is why he has built long standing partnerships within the events industry.

 

Along the way, he had seen the challenges clients face with overbooked production & event companies, limited support, surface‑level creativity, and inconsistent staffing models that aren’t truly invested in the clients’ programs.

 

During his tenure in the events industry, Javier learned that growth and revenue don’t always align with what’s best for partners and most of all, the best outcome for a partner’s event. What has always mattered most to him is strong relationships and bringing events to life with care, intention, and quality which equal success.

 

This philosophy inspired JAF Events, a boutique event service company built on white‑glove service, long‑term partnerships, and the belief that exceptional events come from collaboration, creativity, and partners who genuinely care about the outcome.
